We use 2811 routers with FXO cards. On occasion we need to take a local 1Fb into the FXO port and assign it directly to a station using ATT. DN. in Call Manager The problem with this is that once one caller has called this line the next caller gets a busy. We ordered Qwest VM on the line to fix this and on a busy scenario in works fine however it will not roll to Qwest VM no a no answer scenario. Qwest blames the router and I was skeptical at first until we turned the FXO port off and the call rolls to qwest VM fine. What could the router be doing to a ringing line that would stop the local carrier from recognizing a no answer? Is there something we can set in the router to stop this?
