On page 7-5 under "Gateway Utilization Reports Configuration" it states "Maximum number of calls that are possible by using the gateway at any time = maximum number of ports for the gateway as configured in the CAR Gateway Configuration window." Can you please provide more information on determing the number of "ports"? Also, I am assuming that your number of calls is based on active and not closed calls?
