CCM 4.1(3) AD integration for global directory

Hi,

We had integrated the Corporate Directory with CCM. Its working fine, but I am unable to edit the users in the CCM. But if I do the changes in AD it works. I am sure some work arround will be there to resolve. Please help me.

Hi Karuna,

Are you getting any error in CCMAdmin webpage?

Are you using MLA?

Hi, Thanks for your reply, Yes we are using MLA, but I logged in by CCMAdmin account only, I didnt get any error on the page. But unable to edit the telephone number in the user page.
