CCM 4.1(3) SR7 CDR Query help needed

Hi,

I would like to run a CDR query on our call Manager to find anyone calling 0844 Numbers here in the UK.

I tried

select callingpartynumber from CallDetailRecord where finalcalledpartynumber='00844%'

but it seems the "%" is not a wildcard like in a ccm0300 Database query.

Any Hints?

Steff

Have you tried using the * wildcard instead?

Re: CCM 4.1(3) SR7 CDR Query help needed

Hi,

I found the solution myself ;-)

I just use this:

select callingpartynumber, finalcalledpartynumber from CallDetailRecord where finalcalledpartynumber like '00844%'

In that case you get 2 rows, one with the extension that dialled the number and one with the called number.

You can also use:

select * from CallDetailRecord where finalcalledpartynumber like '00844%'

for all results or use the 1st example and just built your own by adding the headers of the * example and compare the 1st solution.

select callingpartynumber, finalcalledpartynumber, callingpartyloginuserid from CallDetailRecord where finalcalledpartynumber like '00844%'

Would give you 3 rows including the User ad of the User who dialed the Number using Extension Mobility.
