Hmmm - Have done it without any problems. The problem with the users asp page I have seen before because of different local settings (Danish) than English - I solved it by reinstalling the locale files again (new one if they exists) - The CTI port I'm not sure what the problem could be, what are registered on those CTI ponts ?
