CCM 4.1 Cannot add phone. gives error?

When I try to add a phone it gives this error:

Error Information

An invalid parameter was passed during processing. (8)

Details:

Error No. -2147219960 (0x80040608):

CDBLException Dump: [Invalid parameter]

any idea?

Hello:

This looks like database replication issue between publisher and subscriber.

Login to your publiser, and run DBHelper.exe and see if the database replication between those two are good.

But I have only one call manager.

ip phone model you try to add and exact CUCM version??

It is 4.1, I tried to add 7911 and 12.

thats not the exact version, 4.1(2)?? 4.1(3)?? SRs??? ES????

do you have at least the minimum requirements for those phones??
