ccm 4.2 has a problem when i try to create a CSS

Hi everybody,

I was configuring a ccm 4.2 publisher and subscriber that are in production, which were configured for a third person in the first time. Something really strange happens. When i try to create a CSS (calling search space) and i click in calling search space option in the publisher, a white page appears saying "the page cannot be found", however i did the same in the subscriber without any problem. i have installed java, i have changed the computer name for the ip address in the enterprise parameters configuration, i have reload the servers without any good result. What can i do in this case?

Can u do it in the server itself?

I checked screenshot and it was from ur PC.

Hi,

the print screens that i have attached were from a PC, but i was coneccted directly from server and happens the same thing.

In the working one, check IIS logs or status bar in the browser to see which .asp file we are accesing then in the server where is not working check if file is there (.asp)
