I have all phones in the "Not found" status! If I do a reset to one of this from the CCM the phone acquires an IP and registers. The phone status remains "Not found". What does this mean? How can I correct this?
Actually the TCD service has nothing to do with that problem. The service that handles ths status of the phones is the RIS Data Collector. If you face the problem again just restart that service in all the servers in the cluster.
