CCM 5.0 & Unity Express 2.3

Hi All,

I want to integrate CallManager 5.0 with Unity express 2.3

Could you please help with a step by step documentation?

You can look at this:

With the exception that with 5.0, instead of just creating the JTAPI user, you have to do the following:

For CCM 5.0 you need to do the following steps on the CCM for JTAPI

user association

- Creating Route points (Device-> CTI Route Point)

- Creating CTI Ports (Device-> Phone->CTI Ports)

- The JTAPI user step is slightly different.

- First the JTAPI user must be created as an Application User (User Management->APPLICATION USER->Add new )

-Go to User Management->User Group->search for "STANDARD CTI ENABLED"-> Click on this and ADD the application USER that you created in the previous step"

-Next associate the route points & CTI ports to the jtapi user(App user)

(User management->Application User->Click on the user that you created->and Associate your route points and CTI ports to the controlled devices)

Thank you for the assistance.

We have been able to get Auto-attendant functional but Voicemail is not yet functional. Infact the Voicemail Route Point is not yet registered to Callmanager. But Auto-attendant and Greeting Management System Route Points are registered as expected.

Are we expected to Create Line Groups, Create a Hunt List, Create a Hunt Pilot, just like voicemail is configured for Unity Server before the Voicemail will work?

All we did is create a Voicemail Pilot, and then Create a Voicemail Profile, that we now associated to the users and then set forward-no-answer and forward-busy, parameters too.
