CCM 5.1.3 with CUE 2.3.4 Integration issue

Hi

I'm getting JATAPI login failed when i verifu the CCM config from CUE Gui.The voice mail doesnt works.Tried reseting the JATAPI application passw the login was successfull aftr that still the voice mail was giving BUSYOUT tone.So relaoded the CUE after that i'm getting same JATAPI LOGIN FAILED

Any suggestions

I had checked the same. I'm seeing the CTI ports are not registerd in the CCM
