Hello Folks,
Our CallManager (5.1) went down for 5 minutes and came back agin. I would like to see the log file as we could see in the event viewer with the versions prior to 5.X in order to undrstand the reason. How can I access the event viewer in CCM 5.1? When I access the server from the consol port or ssh, this is all I can see.
admin:
help
quit
show*
set*
delete*
unset*
file*
utils*
run*
It looks like we can't do any troubleshooting from the consol port, am I wrong? Is there any documentations which allow troubleshooting from the server itself?

Pretty much all the information that you need to troubleshoot CCM 5.X and 6.X can be accessed using the Real Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT) including the Event Viewer.
