CCM 5 CallPickup Problem!

Hi all,

We have a CCM 5.1 cluster with 2 servers. I've set up call pickup feature within the cluster. Sometimes the feature didnot work well and I couldn't understand the reason. (but when I reset the phones and they re-registered with one CCM server, the feature went back to proper condition again)

Could somebody explain this for me and give me some workarounds?
