I am having problems with my CDR database on our CCM 6.01.2000-3 servers. I enabled the CDR_CAR services at the end of last month and they seemed to be running fine. Last week I made some modifications to the Dial Plan Configuration under the System Parameters so the reports would accurately reflect the type of calls. I then ran a âReload All Call Detail Recordsâ. Now, the database is empty (and has been since last Wednesday) and it does not appear that the system is collecting data into the database.
When I attempt to run âReload All Call Detail Recordsâ, I get an error message stating âManual Purge is running. Please wait till the purging process is overâ. If I try to run a Manual Purge, I get an error message stating âReload Process is running. Please wait till the Reload Process is overâ.
I have restarted the following services to no avail:

Cisco CDR Agent
Cisco CAR Scheduler
Cisco CAR Web Service
Any thoughts? I really do not want to reboot this server just to get this working.
