I got tired in keep trying to login Cisco Attendant Console successful. im getting error "Unable to connect to server" ..
i google this issue & got same solution every where that you need to restart CTI or Attendant console service, even i found the same solution on previous posts of Netpro, i tried these all but still im getting the same error.
Im trying this activity on VMWare & I have CCM 184.108.40.2060-4
My pilot point is registered, ac user & ACDeviceAuthenticationUser has CTI Enable, allowed call monitoring, allow call park monitoring, CTI allow control of all devices with password 12345...
i have went through with the docs properly but still im fail ....
is it the bug in this version of CCM or it is not possible to implement via VMWare & CIPC ??
Can any one help me out for suggestion about this problem or can any one tell me how to take the logs for it ???
