Our cdr reports in ccm6.1(2)shows utc time instead of local time. How can we change the cdr reports to show local time instead of utc time?
what do you mean?? if you go to CAR and do a search you get it in UTC? or are you looking at the flat files with a 3rd party??

Both locations show the time in utc, which is 5 hours ahead. Time on callmanagers and phones show the correct time.
I have the same issue in 6.1(4). have you had any luck finding a reason or answer
