I'm working with a client who is doing LDAP integration in Callmanager 6.1.2. Under no circumstances do they want to rearrange their AD structure to separate phone users from system and service accounts.
How can I hide the administrator and service accounts from the corporate directory in CCM 6.1.2? I remember reading something about adding a [ infront of the first/last name but that didn't work.

Remove the first name or last name from AD and then force a sync through LDAP. This will make the account inactive in the UCM directory. It will remain inactive for 24 hours before the garbage collector deletes it from the UCM directory.
Not the most elegant solution, but it works.
Thanks,
Jon

Works like a charm. Thx man. Btw, we have to go out for drinks one of these days.
