CCM 6.1 - assistant mode

Is there a mode like assistant mode in which if the manager is called; firstly the assistant phone rings after some time the manager phone's rings. But users can call manager internally directly.

You mean PSTN user call manager and rings assistant then manager

Internal user when calling mgr ring mgr directly

This surely can be done playing with CSS,

CFNA timer in line and CSS for CFNA.

If call comes from PSTN -> manager

Firstly assistant phone rings after 10 sec manager rings. (if he doesnt answer)

Internal users can call manager directly.
