Restart Licensing Service Manager. If you go to the CallManager Serviceability page, and then from the Tools pull down, select 'Control Center - Network Services' and select the Cisco License Manager and then click on the restart icon.
These are the paths to get to each CCX logs through CLI. They may be helpful if you are having issues accessing RTMT or downloading logs through it.
