I am attempting a presence install and when I do the install and reboot to verify the information it won't get past the trust verification screen. It asks for the security password, ccm hostname, and IP. I enter the hostname, not the FDQN as it doesn't support . in the name. I know all other information is correct, I even reset the security password in case I was crazy. Any other ideas why it would fail this check, both the hostname and FQDN are in CCM for application servers?
