CCM 7.0 unexpected reboots

Hi guys,

we have an MCS-7825-I3 with CUCM 7.0.2 that has started rebooting a couple of times a day the last few days.

I can,t find anything wrong with it in the logfiles and syslog...

could it be a hardware issue?

The system restarts a few times and then gets booted to the BIOS. It even reboots in BIOS sometimes. Then it works fine for 8 - 10 hours and crashes again.

hello,

can you please try running the recovery disk and does the scan check manually to check if we get any errors.

thanks,

Vipul jindal

Hi Vipul.

It ended up being a HW issue... we ran an RMA and got a new server from Cisco.

Thanks for the help.

i'm glad the issue is resolve!!
