looking thorough everything, is in read only mode. again, nothing was change at all and phones were added up to late last week. what it seems like to me is what occurs when a backup is being run. BUT none is being run at all since October.
i can do everything from the Subscriber, add, save restart etc.
should i restart the pub ccm service instead of rebooting the entire server?
after looking at it i spoke to the active directory administrator and he indicated that the password for the domain controller changed on monday. i had to log into the subscriber change the password and perform a full synch. that did it, all systems back up now.
