CCM and CME checklist for planning and installation
I'm about to start on the creation of an install and setup checklist for CallManager and CallManager Express. Before I start this ordeal has anyone made something similar that they can share?
I really just want to get a good install list of all the standard features that every UC customer is going to need and use (gateways, phones, partitions, CSS, hold music, call park, conferencing etc.) the specialized stuff and other variables (like step by step setup for a particular VM server) will be left out of this.
Once I have this list I want to create a form for our engineers to enter the dial-plan info so that we have a completely documented system. This will also force us to stick to predefined best practices for all of our CUCM customers.
