CCM and Phone Licenses

We're configuring a training lab for students learning VOIP. We have Cisco MCS 7800- six of them. They've never been used, we found ONE license and installed it, and are accessing the CCM. It says we have no licenses for phones, and the people who set it up originally were transferred a long time ago.

Is there a way to contact Cisco with the S/N on the call managers, to find out what licenses were purchased by our organization?
