ccm cannot register vg224 voice port

I find that ccm cannot register to some vg224 (sccp) voice port. When I add port in ccm, it shows status as below.

=========================================

Phone: AN1AE2858D71417 (AN1AE2858D71417)

Registration: Unknown

IP Address:

=========================================

In vg224, I have configured voice port and dial-peer as below.

=========================================

!

voice-port 2/23

caller-id enable

!

dial-peer voice 223 pots

service stcapp

port 2/23

!

=========================================

For the other ports, they works normal. When I show stcapp device status and find that "SCCP Controller Not Associated" as below.

=========================================

vg-224#sh stcapp device voice-port 2/23

Port Identifier: 2/23

Device Type: ALG

Device Id: -1

Device Name: AN1AE2858D71417

Modem Capability: None

Device State: OOS

Diagnostic: SCCP Controller Not Associated

Directory Number: Not Registered

Dial Peer(s): 223

Last Event: STCAPP_CC_EV_CALL_SETUP_IND

Line State: UNREGISTERED

Hook State: ONHOOK

Number of CCBs: 0

Global call info:

Total CCB count = 1

Total call leg count = 3

=========================================

I don't know whether it is ccm or vg224 problem. ccm version is 4.1(3)sr3a and vg224 version is 12.4(9)T1. I hope anyone can help me.

Re: ccm cannot register vg224 voice port

VG248 ports do not auto register to Cisco CallManager. If you try to register port 0 to represent port 1 on the VG248, the ports do not register successfully.

Port 0 is used to integrate smdi-based voice mail systems.

To get ports to register, perform these steps:

Delete port 0 from Cisco CallManager.

Configure port 1 in Cisco CallManager.

Disable or enable the correct ports on the VG248
