I have CallManager 3.3 and wehn I go under user and try to add a new one, I get the following error. Error No: -2100 error Description: Access Denied.
I am set up as an administrator and I also verified our EventID. The only thing that might point to this problem would be the CCM not registering with our Server. EventID 3 Source CallManager

Yap..you were correct. the DCD was in a paused state. Wonder how that heppened. There is enough drive space on our Server. Thanks anyways for the help. It didn't even cross my mind to looked at that service .
