Hi, I have configured the Cisco Call Manager 4.1 and the Cisco Call Manager Express 7.0 to integrate them.
Configuration In the CCME:
dial-peer voice 1000 voip
destination-pattern <extension of the CCM>
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:<ip address CCM>
dtmf-relay sip-notify
codec g711alaw
Configuration In the CCM:
Device/Gateway/AddNew Gateway H.323
IP Gateway H.323: IP Address of the CCME
Route Plan/Route Hunt/Route Pattern
Route Pattern Configuration:
Route Pattern : The extension of the CCME
Gateway or Route List: IP Address of the CCME
The phone registered in the Call Manager can call to the extensions of the Call Manager Express. BUT the extensions of the Call Manager Express don't can call to extension in the Call Manager.
IP Phone -> CCM -SucesfullCall-> CCME --> IP Phone
IP Phone <- CCM <-No SucesfullCall- CCME <-- IP Phone
Why the phones registered in the Call Manager Express don't can call to extension registered in the Call Manager ?

Hi, try change this in your dial-peer:
dial-peer voice 1000 voip
destination-pattern
session target ipv4:
dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
codec g711alaw
You add an h323 gateway in your CCM and you are using SIP protocol in your CCME vop dial-peer

Hi friend,
In the CME, check if you include the following command under the source interface:
h323-gateway voip bind srcaddr

Could you please send the mgcp commands
Also check for having the mgcp package-capability for rtp-package,gm-package & pre-package
