CCM upgrade ver 4.1.3 to ver 4.2.(X) best practice
Which are the best practice to upgrade CCM ver 4.1.3 to 4.2.3 and what are the PRE and POST upgrade steps/tasks are recommended to do/take.Also from the tech who was doing this recently I am wondering if there were any roadblocks or bumps and how to overcome those.
