CCM version urgent help

guys i have a new server and i installed it and when i checked its version in help it says CCM 4.2(1)......my other CCM has version 4.2(1)sr1...now can someone please tell me how i am going to upgrade new CCM version to the old one. pleasse help me out as i have seen 100 of doc couldnt find it

Your older CCM has SR1 installed on it. On your new server you have only installed CCM. You need to install SR1 on it.

If you have valid support contract, you can download the SR from following link

http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/sw-center/sw-voice.shtml

In case this SR is not available for download, you will need to contact TAC.

Thanks for your help i cant find it though i have found sr1b...anyways mate how we gonn apply this patch to ccm??? cheers
