We purchase some 7941 IP phones and intend to use it on our Callmanager 4.1. We did not see option to add 7941 on the callmanger. We tried to use 7940, the phone acquired IP address but could not register with CCM. What can we do to ensure 7941 phones work with CCM 4.1?
CCM 4.1(3) does support the 7941G depending on what SR's and Device Pack's are installed. The configuration of CCM will determine what steps are necessary to add support for the 7941G as a selectable phone model/type;
