I got error message when I click save button in LDAP directory. 'Error while Connecting to ldap://10.1.10.11:389//Users, javax.naming.CannotProceedException; remaining name 'Users'
Follows I configured and let me knwo what's wrong.
-LDAP system=enable sync
-LDAP directory
1)Add new
2)LDAP manager distinguished user=administrator
3)LDAP user search base=/Users
-Host name=10.1.10.11
-AD server has 'administrator' account
-AD server's user container name is 'Users'

don't mind. it cause of my lack of LDAP mechanism.

Looks like the format being used to configure DirSync might be the issue.
Try using the following.
The below lines would have to be modified based on your domain name. I've used mchandak.local as the domain name.
1. LDAP manager distinguished user: cn=Administrator, cn=Users, dc=mchandak,dc=local
2. LDAP user search base: cn=Users, dc=mchandak,dc=local

Hi,
I managed to connect to the AD following your tip.
Now when I start the synchronization, I can see through a sniffer the AD sending the CM the info of all users, but the callmanager nevers stops the sync process. More, neither the end users previous to the sinchronization disapear nor the AD users appear in the "end users" management in the CM.
Any tips?
