CCM5.0.4 - How to install VLT into RTMT

I downloaded ccm_vlt_5_0_4 but don't know how to plug into RTMT. I able to see the VLT via 'RTMT > Tools > Plugins > VLT' but grey out.

How to lunch VLT in RTMT?

Make sure all applications are closed on the PC. Clear internet explorer cache and temp files and try launching RTMT again and see if you can access VLT.
