Hey,
currently have 5.0(4) and would like to upgrade to 4a. downloaded the file but its not finding anything on the cd. now i know its not an upgrade from 5.0(4) so does that mean i have to install from scratch?
can you guys point me to the install procedures?
also, have run into some strange issues with 5.0(4). h323 gateways cannot dial the CCM, getting busy signals. also, seeing duplicate extension numbers coming up for no reason. i also, configured a hunt group and am seeing it coming up twice now.
anyone run into any of these issues?
