Hi
I have a CCM with the below versio.
System version: 5.1.1.3000-5
Administration version: 1.1.0.0-1
When I try to register a 7970 Phone, I get the following message: Registration rejected: Error DBConfig.
Auto registration is enabled on the Call Manager.
By using RTMT i analyzed the TFTP logs:
<?xml version="1.0" ?>
- <QueryResult>
- <Node name="<IP Address of CallManager>"
<TokenID>1184335275500</TokenID>
- <ServiceList>
- <ServiceName name="Cisco TFTP">
- <FileType name="sdi">
<FileName name="/var/log/active/cm/trace/ctftp/sdi/ctftp00000001.txt" modifiedDate="Fri Jul 13 15:04:45 BST 2007"
size="521852" />
</FileType>
</ServiceName>
</ServiceList>
</Node>
</QueryResult>
Any known bugs in this version of Call Manager for the registration?
Appreciate your response.
regards
Sundara

To me this sounds like a Database Replication issue. How many CMs do you have in the cluster and in the Auto Registration CM Group, which server is the Primary Server ?

2 Servers in the cluster.
