CCM5.1, LDAP - UPN and domain name

I have many child domains in LDAP server and configured UPN(user principle name) in CCM

the parent domain name is abc.com and follows the child domain. configured CCM LDAP search space: dc=abc, dc=com. when I first integrated all uses are show in CCM xxx@abc.com even the user belong to child domain.

Later, create a new account (johnc)in AD in child domain (ab.abc.com) and the CCM show as 'johnc@ab.abc.com'

why all users include child domain show as 'xxx@abc.com' when LDAP integration initially but show as 'johnc@ab.abc.com' later when new create an account under child domain?

If you were using userPrincipalName (UPN), then you would need to authenticate using user id. In order to login using only,you would need to map the userid with the same account name in the Corporate Directory.

If the synchronization from LDAP to CCM is based on UPN, UPN is mapped to CCM account UID
