One of my customers has existing VoIP system (http://www.rauland.com/TelecenterVoIP.cfm), they want to know if CCM6.1 interconnect with existing VoIP system. In other words, they are able to call each other by dialing 4 digits.
On the right hand side of the link in your post, there is a brochure that indicates that Telecenter can interoperate using H.323 or SIP. Assuming Telecenter implements these protocols in a standard way, you should be able to use a trunk from CCM without a problem. If you do a Google search for "Cisco Rauland", you'll see several examples of Cisco and Rauland working together in the healthcare field.
