I am trying to work out if there is a way to set it up so that by default all end users are added to the 'Standard CCM End Users' when they are created?
We are utilising AD intergration with CallManager 6 and the end users are automatically synced across, but they do not have access to the ccmuser website unless we manually add them to the 'Standard CCM End Users' role.
Hopefully there is somewhere that this can be set as a default role for all users that I am overlooking?
