CCM621 - possible to reset Database after IP Change

Hi,

if i want to login per web into the CCM i get a "Database communication error". Can i rebuild the database to factory default?

I Think this error followed by changing the CCM Ip address.

Hi, had the same issue - didn't read the doc :-)

- Change the IP address back to what it was.

- Login (should work again)

- Change IP on Web page (System/Server) BEFORE you change the IP on CLI

- change IP on CLI

- reboot

- ccmadmin login works
