Hi all

I have a CCME 4.0(0) on a Cisco 2821 (c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.124-9.T1.bin) that shows the below LOG message:

Jan 16 11:00:27.584 METD: Call Entry does not exist

Jan 16 11:00:27.584 METD: Call Entry does not exist

Jan 16 11:00:33.224 METD: Call Entry does not exist

Jan 16 11:00:33.224 METD: Call Entry does not exist

Any ideas what's could be. No problems with the CCME, yet.

Thanks

Best regards,

Norbert

Try Bug ID - CSCeb61507.

Work Around:

The user needs to understand that the listing of Call Transfer, Call Forward, After Hours Blocking, Night Service, and Phone Directory has a different behavior compared to the other objects in PTC. Even though the listing for either Call Transfer,

Call Forward, After Hours Blocking, Night Service, and Phone Directory shows an entry for a CCME, it does not mean that this configuration exists on the device.

The user needs to do a View on that entry to see if this config exists on the device. If the View of the object shows valid values for the parameters for the object, then it means the config exists on the device. If the parameters have no value then it means the corresponding config does not exist on the device.
