VIP Super Bronze

CCME 4.1 pickup not working

Guys,

I am stomped on this one. Pickup wont work on ccme 4.1. Phone firmware is SCCP42.8-3-3SR2S

Any ideas..? when you press the pickup softkey nothing happens

If you want to keep it simple, use a single pickup group for all phones and any1 shd be able to simply hit GpickUp

SK to pickup a ringing phone.

Can you pl. share your config/version and advise:

- which phone are u trying to pick up the call from ?

- Is it a parked call or the a call ringing on another phone that u r trying to pick up ?

- phone/key sequence you are entering ?

5402 called 5403 and 5404 tried to pickup the call.

Try this...

on the phone(5404)  that u r trying to pickup the call on....

Hit speaker.....hit Gpickup softkey

or

Hit speaker...hit Pickup followed by ringing phone's DN (5403)

Usage is a bit diff. depending on which key u r using and how many pick up groups you have. Pl. see:

Oh my word! spent an entire day trying to use directed call pickup! Just totally totally forgot you need to dial the number. Well do you know if directed call pickup is available in CCME 7.0?

IS there a pickup feature that automatically connects the user without dialing the ringing phone DN.

Thanks a lot for that. The Gpickup works a treat. Will there be auto pickup for CCME as we have for CCM in the future?
