CCME And Telco Voice Mail Integration

I have several CCME sites migrating to Telco Voice Mail and have found an unusal issue.

When an inbound call comes into the FXO port the FXO Port and the phone ring on the first two rings, but on the third and fourth ring only the FXO port shows ringing.

Voice Port Configuration

voice-port 0/1/0

trunk-group FXO

connection plar opx imediate 75669

caller-id enabled

The addion of imediate to the connection command allows the phone to ring without waiting for caller-id, if I remove this command the FXO port rings on the first two rings, then the phone rings on the third and fourth rings.
