CCME bacd No Option selected

Hi all.

I'm trying to configure a queue service so that a customer can choose a destination or can be redirected to an operator if no option is selected. Is there any "workaround" to make this possible?

I've a CCME version 3.3 and a bacd service version 2.1

Hi Carlo,

I think it's possible but I'm not sure if it's doable with parameter settings, or it would require a small change to the script.

As soon as I have a chance, I will try that and post the result here.
