I have a customer who is running CCME v3.3 with 7960 phones and has a business requirement to be able to barge into phone coversations on certain shared line appearances. The scenario is that an incoming call lands to one phone and other traders need to barge into the call to talked with the calling party. They do not wish to have the answering party perform a conference/join. The CCME documentation seems conflicted as to whether this feature is supported or not. Does anyone know if it's supported and how it can be accomplished?
