My client in running ccme 4.0(3) on the recommended IOS. Everything is working fine except when a particular enduser login to the web interface GUI to configure his IP Phone for his login pin (afterhour call blocking) or any configuration that deals with his IP Phone, he is not able to save the changes. I've zoomed in on the problem and isolated the occurrence. Only the 7911 phones with multi-overlayed extensions are facing the problem. Other 7911 phones with single extensions are not affected.
Changes can be still made with the administrator's account but not by the enduser account.
The error message produced by IE when the save button is pressed is:
