I have CCME 4.0 and it is currently using 4 lines (FXO modules) right now. We are looking at installing a PRI soon. I am having a problem with line selections as they are being held and not hanging up the call after completing. It takes about 4 sec to reset back to a normal hang up (line not busy). Also, 2 lines with caller ID is showing (external call)as the caller ID while the other 2 lines are showing the information.
