CCME-incoming calls to FXO, which is PLARed to receptionist
are very intermittently picked up by inside IP phones, when the inside user picks up their handset to make a call (and report that they haven't even pressed the "9" access code yet). This is so weird but I seem to recall a problem about inside users seizing an FXO line/port the same time an incoming call hits the FXO port. However, I have a user swear she hadn't even hit the "9" outside access code yet. This is CME 4.0(3) a 2811 IOS 12.4(4)XC5.
