CCME MOH QUALITY

Hi

I want to play an audio track for our MOH on CCME.

According to the documentation, i need to convert the track to 8bit mono. When i do this, the audio track sound awful.

Is there a way to play music/songs on CCME without reducing the quality of the sound??

You need a "professional" encoder to convert properly. Cisco recommends "cool edit 2000", but there are others.
