Please check firmware on your phones and make sure you are using a recent (better if latest) version. If not, upgrade the phones, then try again. Phones should never crash no matter the user / network activity.
Sandeep, if you can download software from CCO, login then navigate to Voice / Cisco 7900 IP Phone Software. Locate down the latest for 7912 that is 8.0(2). Get the zip file and copy the .sbin inside in router flash memory. Configure tftp-server and load 7912 to this file. Make sure you have configured "type 7912" in each ephone of this type.
