We are having a strange issue with our CCME (Version 4.0(0)) that goes along these lines....
An agent attempts to transfer a call to another extension, if the destination extension does not pick up the agent trying the transfer will hit the "end call" button to retrieve the call. At this point the agent can hear the original caller, but they can also hear the ringing tone of the extension they attempted to transfer to.
This ringing continues for the duration of the call. The actual original caller does not hear this ringing tone at all.
We have the transfer-system set to full consult with no transfer-pattern.
