CCME v10 ringtone issue with 6941

Greetings!

I'm installing CME 10 with 6941's (SCCP 9.2.1.0) and I've uploaded all of the ringtones and necessary XML files to the router.  The phones register and the default chirp ringtone works that comes originally on the phone.  When I play and select/apply any of the other non-chirp ringtones they work just fine.  When I attempt to play the two chirp ones there is no sound but keep in mind they worked prior to selecting one of the new ringtones.  When I attempt to apply the phone shows Error!  Unknown Error.

Anyone have any idea what the issue is here?  The ringlist XML files don't have these two listed as they aren't .raw files on the router but originally existed on the phone (and still show up in the preference list.)

Upgrade firmware to at least 9.2(2).
