CCMSysUser is not valid

Hi,

after I installed the AD plugin on the CCM,I received an error "kCtiProviderOpenFailure" so I tried to reset the CCMSysUser using the CCMPWDChanger, but I receive an error message that CCMSysUser is not valid.

verify the users is in the OU where the CCM users should be, you defined it when running the plugin.

if not, move it to the right OU

users are in the same OU where the CCM users are and I have run the plugin again without any lick

did u get any error when running the plugin?

which cucm version and ad version?

please use netmon, increase buffer size and re-run pwdchanger.

please upload the capture.

- CUCM version is 4.3, AD version is 2003.
